Lighthouse Credit Union in Dover, NH, seeks a Consumer Loan Servicing Specialist to protect the credit union's interests by ensuring proper documentation and securing collateral for consumer vehicle loans.

You will collaborate with internal departments, external vendors, and members to obtain and verify loan documents, processing requests from insurance companies, deferments, and title or lien releases while maintaining accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Requires knowledge of titled vehicle documentation, lien processing, and state-specific rules.
• Accurate and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication with members, internal teams, and external partners.
• Proficient with loan servicing software and MS Office applications.

Responsabilités

• Manage full lifecycle of consumer loans, including processing deferments and title/lien requests.
• Resolve title discrepancies by coordinating with state agencies, financial institutions and members.
• Ensure timely member communication and distribute required notices (Adverse Action, Credit Score, etc.).
• Process incoming mail, match titles, and verify documents across states; scan and file accordingly.
• Audit title documents prior to submission and correct inaccuracies collaboratively.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or internal events with prompt, accurate information.
