Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months of similar related experience as a teller, cashier or in a member/customer service role.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, payments, withdrawals, cash checks, wires, and other transactions accurately and securely.
• Balance cash drawer and ensure privacy and security of all transactions.
• Assist members by providing outstanding services and solving issues with product matches.
• Initiate conversations with members to deepen relationships and refer for account opening or lending.
• Support branch operations and assist with audits or other tasks as needed.
• Adhere to the Credit Union's attendance and punctuality policies.
