Zusammenfassung

NLACRC in Santa Clarita seeks a Consumer Services Supervisor to coordinate services for individuals with developmental disabilities. You will develop plans, coordinate resources, and advocate with agencies to ensure client needs are met, in a community-based setting.

The role requires leadership experience, strong communication, and ability to work across teams, with a hybrid work option in some cases.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree as listed and related experience in regional center services.
• Three to five years of leadership/related experience in human services.
• Experience with mental health/dual diagnosis, crisis intervention, and familiarity with criminal/judicial systems advisable.
• Valid California CDL and transportation or acceptable substitute required.

Aufgaben

• Provide information, advocacy, and service arrangement for consumers and families.
• Develop and monitor individualized program plans for individuals and families.
• Identify and coordinate services for individuals and families.
• Document forms and reports per regulations and NLACRC policies and procedures.
• Advocate for individuals served with community agencies.
• Attend interdisciplinary meetings with individuals served, family members, providers, advocates, etc.

Ausbildung

Bachelor’s Degree in psychology, social work, sociology, or related human services field

Five years of Regional Center experience

Master's degree in psychology, social work, sociology, or related field

Two years of related professional/leadership experience

Master’s Degree in an unrelated field

Three to five years of related professional/leadership experience

Three years of professional experience should include service coordination at a Regional Center or related experiences

Experience with mental health/dual diagnosis, crisis intervention, and knowledge of forensic/judicial systems

Valid CDL and transportation, or acceptable substitute
