Job summary

NLACRC in San Fernando Valley seeks a Consumer Services Coordinator to provide information, advocacy, and service arrangement for consumers and families. The role includes coordinating services, documentation, and advocating with community agencies.

Responsibilities include scheduling interdisciplinary meetings, identifying barriers, and offering on-call coverage as needed. A BA/BS in a human services field is required with 2+ years experience; Master’s may substitute.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least two years of related experience.
• A Master’s degree may substitute for experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide information, advocacy, and service arrangement for consumers and families.
• Coordinate services for individuals and families.
• Document, complete forms and reports per regulations and NLACRC policies.
• Advocate for individuals served by community agencies.
• Schedule and attend interdisciplinary meetings with individuals served, family members, and service providers.
• Identify barriers to service delivery and implement culturally sensitive strategies.
