Job summary

NLACRC is seeking a Consumer Services Coordinator to provide information, advocacy, and service arrangements for consumers and families in the SFV. You will help develop plans, coordinate services, and document in line with NLACRC policies.

The role requires a bachelor’s in a related field and 2+ years of experience; bilingual Spanish may be required. A hybrid work option is available with strong emphasis on family-centered care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, sociology, or related human services field; two years of related experience.
• Master’s degree may substitute for experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide information, advocacy, and service arrangement for consumers and families.
• Identify and coordinate services for individuals and their families.
• Document forms and reports per regulations and NLACRC policies.
• Serve as an advocate for individuals served by community agencies.
• Attend interdisciplinary meetings with individuals served, families, providers, and advocates.
• Identify barriers to service delivery and implement culturally sensitive strategies.
