Job summary

NLACRC in Antelope Valley, Lancaster, CA seeks a Consumer Services Coordinator to provide advocacy and arrange services for individuals and families. You will participate in developing and reviewing plans, coordinate community services, and document accordingly in line with NLACRC policies.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s in a human services field with at least two years of related experience; a master’s may substitute.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, sociology, or related human services field with at least two years of related experience; Master’s degree may substitute.
• Bilingual Spanish may be required depending on position.
• Valid California Driver’s License and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide information, advocacy, and service arrangement for consumers and families.
• Participate in developing, monitoring, and revising individual program plans.
• Identify and coordinate services for individuals and their families.
• Document, complete forms and reports per regulations and NLACRC policies.
• Serve as an advocate for individuals served by community agencies.
