You will guide members through the loan application process from initial contact to disbursement, explain options, and coordinate with underwriters, processors, and branch staff to optimize the loan experience.

The role emphasizes cross-selling home equity, auto, personal loans, and credit cards while meeting turn-time and quality standards, with focus on member service and accurate financial analysis.

Formación

• Six years of financial services experience including three years of consumer lending sales, origination, or processing experience.
• Experience meeting turn-time goals, managing workflows and production pipelines.
• Experience reading and interpreting Credit Bureau information.
• High school diploma or GED; related bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Meet loan fulfilment, turn-time and QA goals for consumer loan applications.
• Guide members through online, phone, mobile and branch channels to complete applications.
• Cross-sell loan products to meet origination and growth targets for home equity, auto, personal loans and cards.
• Coordinate with underwriters, processors and staff to finalize loan options.
• Analyze credit information and discuss approvals or adjustments with members.
