Job summary

KeyBank's Home Lending Center Loan Officer is responsible for guiding clients through the residential mortgage loan process, assessing needs, and offering suitable lending solutions. You will build referral networks and meet sales goals while upholding loan quality and client satisfaction.

As a LO, you will gather documentation, analyze borrower information, and coordinate with stakeholders through closing, ensuring compliance with FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA, RESPA, and internal policies.

Qualifications

• 1+ years mortgage sales experience required.
• 1+ years mortgage processing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of FNMA/FHLMC/FHA/VA and RESPA regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new client relationships and loan originations through internal referrals and external centers of influence.
• Originate and process targeted number of family residential real estate mortgage transactions in line with Home Lending guidelines.
• Provide clients with detailed information about various mortgage options, interest rates, and terms to help them make informed decisions.
