Qualifikationen

• Associates degree and 5+ years in loan servicing with systems experience.
• Advanced requirements gathering, testing, and solution validation.

• Strong knowledge of lending processes and regulatory requirements.

• Lead engagement with business users, technical resources, and vendors to analyze complex needs and develop requirements for loan servicing changes.
• Lead the design and documentation of project requirements, evaluating processes, system functionality, and integrations for effective solutions.
• Lead testing activities with comprehensive plans and scripts, ensuring regression testing and successful migration to Production.
• Serve as a primary liaison between business users, IT, and vendors across project lifecycles and support.
• Troubleshoot complex system issues, document steps for reproducing and resolving defects.
• Provide advanced guidance and mentoring to team members, stay current on lending policies, and report project status to management.
