Job summary

Valley First a division of Tru Cooperative Bank is seeking a Lending & Sales Advisor to process consumer loan applications, including HELOCs, across channels. Qualifications

• Two to five years of experience in consumer loan sales and service
• Banking or credit union experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent education

Responsibilities

• Process incoming consumer loan applications, including HELOCs, through loan origination systems.
• Cross-sell appropriate loan products and communicate denials compliantly.
• Explain loan options, rates and terms to members; gather information for underwriting.
