Qualifications

• 7+ years of Property & Casualty insurance experience, with Construction Surety Bonds.
• Proven ability to collaborate with high-level clients and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior team members to develop coverage strategies and marketing initiatives for renewals and new business.
• Respond promptly to client requests, inquiries, and service needs.
• Prepare and maintain up-to-date documentation for new business and renewals.
• Analyze client risk exposures and coverage needs; develop and present tailored marketing proposals.
• Build and maintain relationships with underwriting communities and key partner markets.
• Process and issue policies, renewals, endorsements, additions, deletions, and cancellations.
• Review documents for accuracy and obtain signatures.
• Calculate premium adjustments and related figures for insurance and provider documentation.
• Lead and monitor ongoing insurance or risk retention programs.
