Job summary

Aon is seeking a Construction Practice Account Executive/Broker II to serve as the primary day-to-day contact for a large construction client, delivering high‑quality insurance and risk management services. This hybrid role offers responsibilities including training junior staff, coordinating with multiple offices, and managing placements, renewals, and client communications to ensure on‑time delivery.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of construction-related P&C experience and active P&C

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of industry experience.
• Must have and maintain an active Property and Casualty insurance license.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for a large construction client.
• Manage placements, submissions, and renewals to ensure timely coverage.
• Train and oversee junior staff to ensure quality of work.
• Prepare coverage comparisons, letters and reports as required.
• Coordinate activity with other Aon offices and third parties for client delivery.
• Monitor, summarize and report on claims.
