Job summary

Aon is seeking a Construction Practice Account Executive/Broker II to serve as the primary day-to-day contact for a major construction client, delivering high-quality insurance and risk management services on schedule. The role requires coordinating with junior staff and cross-office teams to ensure consistent client outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in construction-related Property & Casualty, an active P&C license, and professional designations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of industry experience.
• Must have and maintain an active Property and Casualty insurance license.
• CPCU, ARM, ARe or CRIS designations desired.
• P&C Broker License required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary day-to-day contact for a large construction client.
• Deliver high-quality insurance and risk management services on schedule.
• Train and oversee junior staff to ensure consistent quality of work.
• Balance daily service delivery with broader account management and leadership responsibilities.
• Coordinate with other offices and third parties to ensure smooth delivery of services.
