Job summary

Aon plc is seeking a Construction Practice Account Executive/Broker II to serve as the primary contact for a major construction client, delivering high‑quality insurance and risk management services with leadership responsibilities over junior staff.

You will engage daily with the client, manage new business and renewals, and ensure coverage aligns with terms and regulatory requirements while maintaining strong cross‑office collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of industry experience.
• Active Property & Casualty insurance license.
• P&C Broker License required.
• CPCU, ARM, ARe or CRIS designations desired.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary day‑to‑day contact for a large construction client, delivering high‑quality insurance and risk management services.
• Train and oversee junior staff, ensuring quality of work and timely delivery.
• Manage new business and renewals, gather exposure information, produce submissions, and coordinate quotations.
• Ensure coverage documents reflect agreed terms and conditions; align subjectivities and contingencies.
• Complete regulatory documentation and meet compliance standards.
• Perform day‑to‑day servicing activities and prepare coverage comparisons and reports.
• Coordinate with other offices and third parties to ensure seamless client delivery of services.
• Develop documents and presentations for client construction projects and utilize billing systems.
