Job summary

Aon is seeking a Construction Practice Account Executive/Broker II to act as the primary contact for a large construction client, delivering high-quality insurance and risk management services with a focus on timely delivery.

The role requires 10+ years of construction-related Property and Casualty experience, a P&C broker license, and preferred CPCU/ARM/CRIS designations, plus strong communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of industry experience.
• Active Property and Casualty license is required.
• P&C Broker License and related designations are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary day-to-day contact for a large construction client.
• Lead placements and daily service needs while mentoring junior staff.
• Coordinate new business and renewals, ensure coverage bound before effective dates.
• Prepare coverage comparisons, letters, and reports; ensure alignment with terms.
• Prepare coverage comparisons, letters, and reports as required.
• Ensure timely communications with clients and third parties.
