Job summary

Target in Minnesota is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams and manage scopes, budgets and schedules for assigned store and distribution center projects. You will ensure project delivery within the approved budget and timeline, coordinating with vendors, general contractors and internal partners.

Requires a four-year degree or equivalent, 2+ years of PM experience in project management, store planning or purchasing, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in project management, store planning or purchasing.
• Ability to lead and coordinate multiple projects with focus on estimating, budgeting and scheduling.
• Ability to negotiate and resolve conflict.
• Strong written & verbal communication skills.
