Job summary

Target is seeking a Construction Project Manager in Minneapolis. You will lead cross-functional teams to manage scopes, budgets and schedules for store and distribution center projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.

The role requires a four-year degree or equivalent experience and 2+ years in project management, store planning, or purchasing. Hybrid work arrangement applies, with occasional travel and on-site collaboration at Target locations.

• 2+ years of experience in project management, store planning or purchasing.
• Ability to lead and coordinate multiple projects with focus on estimating, budgeting and scheduling management.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to develop and manage scopes, budgets and schedules for Target construction projects.
• Review contractor bids, negotiate contracts and approve changes and payments.
• Ensure projects meet Target quality control standards and are completed within budget.
