Job summary

Target's Global Supply Chain and Logistics in Minnesota seeks a Lead Project Engineer to drive the activation of complex material handling projects. You will ensure automated systems are delivered on time, meet performance standards, and hand off to operations with strong cross-functional collaboration.

You will manage schedules, budgets, and resources, oversee testing and validation, and travel up to 40% to support multiple project phases while coordinating with internal and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or four-year degree in a relevant engineering field (Electrical/Controls/Industrial).
• Extensive experience leading complex capital equipment projects.
• Deep knowledge of automated material handling systems.

Responsibilities
