Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of project management in commercial construction, real estate development, or design-build.
• Experience managing projects for a developer or owner preferred.
• Ability to oversee multiple projects with budgets, schedules and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Maintain budgets, schedules, and quality standards across projects.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and ownership teams.
• Review drawings, specs, contracts, and cost data; manage risks and changes.
