Job summary

Willis Towers Watson is seeking a North America Construction ACA to deliver high-quality client service, support insurance program execution, and manage client relationships. You will work with a Client Advocate and Client Specialist to lead day-to-day engagement, renewals, and service coordination.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in commercial P&C, strong analytical and negotiation skills, and the ability to drive end-to-end renewal processes in a collaborative, hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Targeted 5+ years of commercial Property & Casualty insurance knowledge in a client-facing role.
• Able to apply knowledge of coverage forms in program design and coverage gaps.
• Proven ability to analyze and present analytical models.
• Strong relationship management to leverage internal/external resources.
• Negotiation skills to drive concessions without harming relationships.
• Solid business acumen and knowledge of client strategy and marketplace.
• Knowledge of renewal end-to-end process and ownership.
• Excellent verbal/written communication; capable of leading complex conversations.
• Daily management, mentoring, and collaboration with Client Specialist.
• Proactive, adaptive, and capable of handling multiple projects.
