Willis Towers Watson (NASDAQ: WLTW) is seeking a North America Construction Associate Client Advocate (ACA) to deliver high-quality service, support insurance program execution, and enhance client relationships. You will work with a CA or senior account lead, manage day-to-day client engagement, renewals, and service coordination.

Qualified candidates bring 5+ years of commercial P&C insurance in client-facing roles, strong communication skills, and proven project management.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of commercial Property & Casualty insurance knowledge/experience in a client-facing role
• Ability to analyze coverage forms and identify gaps for program design
• Excellent verbal and written communication; capable of presenting complex concepts
• Strong relationship management and collaboration with internal/external stakeholders
• Experience in end-to-end renewal processes and project coordination

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day client engagement, renewal execution and service coordination
• Support Client Advocate and senior account leads in delivering client deliverables
• Manage projects and key delivery areas with internal/external stakeholders
• Mentor Client Specialists and coordinate client-specific activities
• Utilize Microsoft Office and CRM tools to track progress and deliverables
