Job summary

Lewis Brisbois is seeking a Conflicts Supervisor in Dallas to lead the Conflicts Department, supervising analysts, ensuring timely conflict resolutions, and upholding policy and procedure compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of law firm conflicts experience, with proficiency in conflicts software such as Intapp and Aderant. The position is hybrid with remote opportunities available, offering growth within a national firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Minimum of three (3) years of law firm conflicts experience.
• Experience conducting conflict searches, research, analysis, and conflict resolution support.
• Experience using Intapp, Aderant, or other law firm conflicts and intake software.

Responsibilities

• Provides day-to-day leadership, guidance, and supervision to Conflicts Analysts and other assigned personnel, including assignment, prioritization, monitoring, and review of work product.
• Reviews and audits conflicts work product for accuracy, completeness, quality assurance, and compliance with Firm policies and procedures.
• Provides ongoing training, coaching, mentoring, and professional development to Conflicts Analysts and newly hired personnel.
• Serves as a subject matter resource for Conflicts Analysts, attorneys, and Firm personnel regarding conflicts procedures, conflicts system functionality, and departmental processes.
