Job summary

Lewis Brisbois seeks a Conflicts Manager to lead the national Conflicts Department. The role oversees workflow, staffing, training, and policy implementation to ensure timely, accurate conflict checks and intake processing across the firm.

The ideal candidate has at least seven years of law firm conflicts experience, plus three years of supervisory leadership, and proficiency with Intapp or Aderant. Hybrid work options are available.

Qualifications

• Requires seven (7) years of law firm conflicts experience.
• Requires three (3) years of supervisory, management, or leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Experience utilizing Intapp, Aderant, or other law firm conflicts and intake systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the day-to-day operations of the Conflicts Department, ensuring timely and accurate completion of conflicts requests.
• Directly supervises the Conflicts Supervisor and other assigned personnel, including coaching and performance management.
• Participates in recruiting and hiring processes and employment-related decisions.
• Oversees employee timesheets, PTO requests, coverage and resource assignments.
• Partners with the Lead Conflicts Partner and Conflicts Attorneys on complex conflicts matters and initiatives.
