Job summary

Lewis Brisbois is seeking a Conflicts Supervisor to lead the Conflicts Department, supervising Analysts and staff, and ensuring timely, accurate conflicts research and resolution. The hybrid role offers leadership, training, and quality-control oversight with opportunities for growth in a large national firm.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years of law firm conflicts experience, and experience with conflict searches, research, analysis, and resolution support, including

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Minimum of three (3) years of law firm conflicts experience.
• Experience conducting conflict searches, research, analysis, and conflict resolution support.
• Experience using Intapp, Aderant, or other law firm conflicts and intake software.

Responsibilities

• Provides day-to-day leadership, guidance, and supervision to Conflicts Analysts and other assigned personnel, including assignment, prioritization, monitoring, and review of work product.
• Reviews and audits conflicts work product for accuracy, completeness, quality assurance, and compliance with Firm policies and procedures.
• Provides ongoing training, coaching, mentoring, and professional development to Conflicts Analysts and newly hired personnel.
• Serves as a subject matter resource for Conflicts Analysts, attorneys, and Firm personnel regarding conflicts procedures, conflicts system functionality, and departmental processes.
