Job summary

Lewis Brisbois seeks a Conflicts Manager to lead its national Conflicts Department. Hybrid role with remote options. You will oversee operations, supervise staff, and drive process improvements while partnering with senior attorneys on complex conflicts matters.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree, 7+ years in law firm conflicts, and 3+ years in management, with experience in Intapp or Aderant. Growth opportunities and competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; seven+ years of law firm conflicts experience.
• Minimum three years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Experience using Intapp, Aderant or similar conflicts/intake systems.
• Advanced knowledge of conflicts processes, intake procedures, risk management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Conflicts Department to ensure timely, accurate service.
• Directly supervise the Conflicts Supervisor and staff, including coaching and performance management.
• Participate in recruiting and employment decisions.
• Manage timesheets, PTO, coverage and resource assignments.
• Partner with Lead Conflicts Partner and attorneys on complex matters and initiatives.
• Apply expertise in conflicts processes and risk management to improve workflows.
