The Staffing Specialist role coordinates staffing orders, screens candidates, and ensures regulatory compliance while maintaining quality service and collaboration with onboarding and compliance teams.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage scheduling and client needs.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with diverse clients and staff.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; facilitates client and staff interactions.

Responsibilities

• Post job orders in CCH applications and coordinate with the Account Manager to fulfill client staffing needs.
• Screen candidates for qualifications, maintain a qualified professional database, schedule staff to shifts and orientations.
• Manage last-minute staffing changes, replacements, and call-offs to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Ensure compliance, licensing, and company requirements; partner with Compliance and Onboarding to address gaps.
• Assist with scheduling client orientation and training for new hires; ensure policy adherence.
• Build relationships with healthcare professionals, clients, and internal teams to foster engagement and satisfaction.
• Coordinate interviews, expedite offers, and monitor performance to support revenue, headcount, and fulfillment targets.
• Monitor client demand trends and provide feedback to sourcing teams; escalate issues as needed.
