CareerNation is seeking a Compliance & On-Boarding Specialist to ensure healthcare professionals meet regulatory standards and client requirements. The role emphasizes credentialing, onboarding, and continuous compliance across federal and state guidelines.

The position offers $25/hour with room to grow based on performance, and requires 2+ years in compliance or credentialing within healthcare staffing, along with strong attention to detail and collaboration across teams.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in compliance, credentialing, or healthcare staffing/recruiting.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and credentialing standards.
• Proficiency in ATS, HRIS, or VMS/MSP platforms.
• Attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Integrity and ethical practices.
• Collaboration across recruiting, operations, and client-facing teams.

Mansioni

• Collect, verify, and maintain healthcare worker credentials, licenses, certifications, and immunization records.
• Oversee background checks, drug screenings, I-9 verification, and other pre-employment requirements.
• Ensure timely onboarding documents align with contracts and regulatory standards.
• Monitor changes in federal, state, and client compliance requirements.
• Audit personnel files and HRIS/ATS systems for accuracy.
• Coordinate compliance submissions to clients, MSPs, and VMS systems.
• Develop, update, and enforce internal compliance policies.
• Provide training to recruiters and account managers on compliance.
• Partner with operations and HR to streamline credentialing workflows.
• Maintain compliance dashboards and audit logs.
• Prepare and submit compliance reports to management and clients.
• Support audits with accurate records.
