Triage Staffing is seeking a Compliance Specialist to oversee the compliance process for new healthcare placements in Omaha, NE. You will verify documentation, liaise with clients and staff, and ensure adherence to Joint Commission and state requirements.

Responsibilities include coordinating background checks, maintaining files, and communicating status to clients while partnering with Sales and Recruiting to ensure timely starts.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Experience in healthcare compliance or administration is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary compliance liaison for healthcare professionals and clients.
• Execute the compliance process for new placements with timely verification.
• Collaborate with Sales and Recruiting to clear staff on time.
• Coordinate background checks, exams, and screenings with vendors.
• Identify state background check requirements and coordinate with the Background Specialist.
• Maintain compliant files and data in internal and vendor systems.
• Communicate compliance status to clients for booked and active professionals.
• Process assignment extensions and ensure ongoing compliance.
