Triage Staffing is seeking a Compliance Specialist in Omaha, NE to manage the end-to-end compliance process for new placements and ongoing oversight. You will verify documentation, coordinate with Sales and Recruiting, and ensure timely clearance for assignments.

Responsibilities include coordinating with vendors for screenings, communicating state-specific requirements, and maintaining compliant files in internal systems with audit readiness. This role emphasizes ethics and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary compliance liaison for healthcare professionals and clients.
• Execute the compliance process for new placements with documentation review and verification.
• Collaborate with Sales and Recruiting to clear professionals on start dates.
• Partner with third-party vendors for background checks and screenings.
• Ensure state-specific background check and fingerprint requirements are communicated.
• Maintain compliance files in internal systems and VMS with audit readiness.
• Process assignment extensions ensuring compliance up-to-date.
• Provide proactive compliance status updates to clients for booked and active professionals.
• Maintain data integrity across systems and vendor platforms.
• Uphold high ethical standards in serving clients.
