Job summary

Osaic is seeking a Senior Compensation Processor to handle accurate, timely processing of advisor compensation transactions in a hybrid, office-based role at our Atlanta hub. The candidate will support core commission processing, payroll support, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure data accuracy.

Ideal candidates have strong attention to detail, can manage multiple priorities, and navigate financial services systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–3+ years in commission processing, financial operations, or related field.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
• Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Compile, process, and maintain commission transactions with coding and adjustments.
• Prepare and track commission batches from sponsors and representatives.
• Perform quality control for accuracy and compliance.
• Research and resolve discrepancies in commission statements and accounts.
• Support weekly compensation and payroll processing activities.
• Maintain records for audit and compliance.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to resolve issues.
