Osaic is seeking a Senior Compensation Processor to accurately and timely process advisor compensation transactions within the Compensation Operations team. You will support core commission processing, payroll-related activities, and coordinate with internal partners to ensure data accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
A detail-oriented, multi-tasking professional with experience in financial services is ideal.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, finance, or related field.
