Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance or related field preferred.
• 1-3+ years of experience in commission processing or financial operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
• Strong attention to detail with analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial data.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and high accuracy in work output.

Responsibilities

• Compile, process, and maintain commission transactions including coding and adjustments.
• Prepare and track commission batches from sponsors and representatives.
• Perform quality control on transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Research and resolve discrepancies in commission statements and payments.
• Support weekly compensation and payroll processing activities.
• Maintain records to support audit and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues.
• Assist with escalations and time-sensitive processing tasks.
• Support system enhancements and process improvements as needed.
• All other duties as assigned.
