Osaic is seeking a Senior Compensation Processor to ensure the accurate and timely processing of advisor compensation transactions within the Compensation Operations team. This full-time, non-exempt role supports core commission processing, payroll activities, and cross-functional collaboration to maintain data integrity.

The ideal candidate has 1–3+ years in commission processing or financial operations, proficiency with Microsoft Excel, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of experience in commission processing or financial operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Compile, process, and maintain commission transactions with coding and adjustments.
• Prepare and track commission batches from sponsors and representatives.
• Perform quality control to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Research and resolve discrepancies related to statements and payments.
• Support weekly compensation and payroll processing activities.
• Maintain records to support audits and compliance.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues.
