Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel capabilities and comfort with complex datasets.
• Experience with Workday or similar HRIS platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and administer base pay and incentive programs to ensure market competitiveness.
• Conduct job evaluations and provide recommendations for salary offers and raises.
• Participate in compensation surveys and benchmark roles to inform pay structures.
• Support annual investment compensation processes including incentive pool funding analyses.
• Provide consultative support to leaders on compensation decisions and policy interpretation.
• Use compensation systems to analyze data and generate insights.
• Assist with compensation-related audits and reporting.
• Monitor compensation trends and regulatory changes for strategy.
