Job summary

Invesco Ltd. in New York City is seeking a Compensation Analyst to design, analyze, and administer pay programs that attract and retain talent. You will work with HR, Finance, and Investment leaders to deliver market-aligned, equitable compensation strategies in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong analytical skills, advanced Excel, and experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday. You will participate in surveys, benchmarking, and policy interpretation to drive fair pay

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field.
• 2–5 years of analytics experience (HR, Finance, or Compensation).
• Strong Excel skills and data analysis capabilities.
• Experience with Workday or similar HRIS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and administer base pay and incentive programs aligned to strategy.
• Perform job evaluations and calibrate salary offers and adjustments.
• Participate in compensation surveys and benchmark roles.
• Support annual incentive pool funding analyses and modeling.
• Provide insights to leaders on compensation decisions and policies.
• Use compensation platforms to analyze data and generate insights.
• Assist with audits and regulatory reporting.
