Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• 1-3 years of client services or customer service experience.
• Experience supporting clients through a multi-step service or fulfillment process.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support members through the referral and admission process, maintain the pending provider roster, complete required documentation, and help facilitate successful caregiver matches.
• Maintain the caregiver registry, including caregiver availability, activity status, documentation, engagement, and additions/removals.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for members and caregivers, responding to calls, texts, chats, and emails with timely, one-call resolution when possible.
• Proactively address caregiver responsiveness, scheduling, and engagement concerns while identifying opportunities to reduce referral-to-service timelines.
• Maintain accurate member, caregiver, and activity information in Salesforce and collaborate across teams to support service continuity and HIPAA compliance.
