Qualifications

• 3+ years in commercial banking with a focus in deposits, loans, treasury management, customer service, banking operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including grammar and demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills with diligence, planning and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Primary point of contact for assigned Commercial customers and Relationship Managers.
• Mitigate issues and provide best-in-class service while communicating withDeal Team and management.
• Identify, research, analyze, and resolve complex problems independently to ensure policy adherence and relationships.
• Oversee onboarding, commercial deposits, loans, and complex features end-to-end for large clients.
