Job summary

Huntington is seeking a Senior Commercial Relationship Sales & Service professional to serve as the primary contact for a diverse Commercial portfolio. You will lead onboarding and advanced relationship management, working with Deal Team and managers to provide proactive, high-quality service.

The role requires 5+ years in commercial banking, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to mentor peers. Hybrid in-office arrangement with opportunities for remote work are available.

Qualifications

• High school or GED required; equivalent accepted.
• Ability to mentor and coach peers and less experienced colleagues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for assigned Commercial customers and Relationship Managers.
• Lead onboarding processes and ensure best-in-class experience for portfolio.
• Manage complex customer issues and mitigate risks while retaining relationships.
