Responsibilities

• Monitor suspect, maintenance reports, and CLS ledgers for resolution.
• Ensure outages are corrected within SLAs.
• Process incoming and outgoing wire transactions.
• Balance batches of work and process financial transactions.
• Review loan documentation and interpret inputs from participant banks.
• Maintain quality through review of daily work and research transactions.
• Communicate effectively with Commercial Loan Services and Centralized Reconcilement teams.
• Show initiative, independence, and continuous improvement mindset.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
