Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking a Commercial Relationship Service Specialist II to serve as the primary contact for Commercial customers and Relationship Managers. You will collaborate with the Deal Team to deliver best-in-class onboarding and relationship management across a diverse portfolio.

Qualifications

• High school, GED, or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years in commercial banking focusing on deposits, loans, treasury management, customer service, or banking operations.

Responsibilities

• First-line decision maker who resolves issues and informs the Deal Team of material changes.
• Manage complex, high-value customers and services, promoting products to grow relationships.
• Oversee onboarding, commercial deposits and loan accounts end-to-end, handling multi-million transactions.
• Represent Huntington’s Commercial brand with professional, discreet communications and solutions.
• Attend customer meetings independently or with the Deal Team and stay informed on strategies and priorities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
