Job summary

CCFBank is seeking a Commercial Loan Processor in Wisconsin to support documentation, closing, funding and servicing of commercial loans. You will coordinate with lenders, credit staff, borrowers, attorneys and title companies to ensure accurate processing in line with bank policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in the financial services industry.
• Two years of experience working in loan processing.
• Associate’s degree in accounting, finance, economics or related field.

Responsibilities

• Input and maintain loan data in loan origination and documentation systems.
• Order and review required third-party due diligence items (appraisals, title, etc.).
• Prepare and review settlement statements, payoff information, and pre-close review items.
• Coordinate closings with attorneys, title companies and borrowers to facilitate timely execution.
• Book transactions to core system and process funding, disbursements and related updates.
• Support servicing documentation, including payoffs and post-close actions.
• Maintain audit-ready loan files and processing logs.
