Citizens Community Federal in La Crosse, WI is seeking a Commercial Loan Processor to support documentation, closing, funding, and servicing of commercial loans. You will work with lenders, credit staff, borrowers, attorneys, and title companies to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, timely processing, and maintaining audit-ready files, with full-time hours, Monday through Friday, and an hourly rate of $24–$29 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or two years of directly related experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Two years of experience in the financial services industry.
• Two years of experience working in loan processing.

Responsibilities

• Input and maintain loan data in loan origination and documentation systems.
• Order and review third-party due diligence items (appraisals, title, flood, UCC, environmental reports, etc.).
• Verify supporting documentation to protect the bank's security interest.
• Prepare and review settlement statements, payoff information, and disbursement details.
• Coordinate closings with attorneys, title companies, and borrowers.
• Book transactions to core system and process funding and post-close actions.
• Maintain audit-ready loan files and processing logs.
