Job summary

Citizens Community Federal seeks a Commercial Loan Processor to support the documentation, closing, funding, and servicing of commercial loans. You will partner with lenders, credit staff, borrowers, attorneys, and title companies to ensure accurate processing in compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.

The role emphasizes inputting data, coordinating third-party due diligence, and preparing settlement statements to enable timely closings and funded loans.

Qualifications

• Two years of directly related experience may be substituted for the degree.
• Two years of experience in the financial services industry.
• Two years of experience working in loan processing.

Responsibilities

• Input and maintain loan data in the loan origination and documentation systems.
• Order and review third-party due diligence items (appraisals, title, UCC, environmental reports).
• Prepare settlement statements and payoff information for closing.
• Coordinate closings with attorneys, title companies, and borrowers.
• Book approved transactions to the core system and process funding and disbursements.
• Ensure files meet regulatory and bank policy requirements prior to funding.
