Job summary

CCFBank is seeking a detail-oriented Commercial Loan Processor to support documentation, closing, funding, and servicing of commercial loans. You will coordinate with lenders, attorneys, title companies, and borrowers to ensure accurate processing in line with bank policies and regulatory requirements.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, timely communication, and adherence to procedures from initial approval through closing and funding.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in accounting, finance, economics or related field (two years of directly related experience may be considered in lieu).
• Two years of experience in the financial services industry.
• Two years of experience working in loan processing.

Responsibilities

• Input and maintain loan data in the bank’s loan origination and documentation systems.
• Order and review third-party due diligence items (appraisals, title, flood determinations, UCC, environmental reports, etc.).
• Obtain and verify supporting documentation to protect the bank’s security interest.
• Prepare and review settlement statements and pre-close items.
• Coordinate closings with attorneys, title companies, and borrowers.
• Book approved transactions to core system and process funding/disbursements.
• Support ongoing servicing documentation and post-close actions.
