Job summary

CCFBank is seeking a Commercial Loan Processor to support documentation, closing, funding, and servicing of commercial loans. You will coordinate with lenders, credit staff, borrowers, attorneys, and title companies to ensure accurate processing in compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.

The role requires an Associate’s degree (or 2 years related experience) and 2+ years in financial services and loan processing.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of directly related experience may be considered in lieu of the Associate's degree.
• Two (2) years of experience in the financial services industry.
• Two (2) years of experience working in loan processing.

Responsibilities

• Input and maintain loan data in the bank's loan origination and documentation systems.
• Order, collect, and review required third-party due diligence items.
• Obtain and verify supporting documentation to protect the bank's security interest.
• Prepare and review settlement statements, payoff information, and wire details.
• Coordinate appraisals, title, and other compliance items as applicable.
• Monitor timelines and follow up on outstanding items to support loan movement.
• Prepare commercial loan documents and modifications per terms and standards.
• Conduct verification and second-review procedures for closing readiness.
• Coordinate closings with attorneys, title companies, and borrowers.
• Book transactions to the core system and process funding and disbursements.
• Maintain audit-ready loan files and processing logs.
• Escalate issues to the appropriate leader for resolution.
• Respond to customer and internal inquiries.

Education

Associate's degree in accounting, finance, economics or related field
