Citizens Community Federal N.A is seeking a Commercial Loan Processor to support documentation, closing, funding, and servicing of commercial loans in Minnesota. You will partner with lenders, credit staff, borrowers, attorneys, title companies, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and compliant processing.

Responsibilities include data entry, due diligence coordination, document verification, settlement prep, closings, funding, and post-close servicing support, with a focus on timeliness

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in accounting, finance, economics or related field.
• Two years of directly related experience may substitute for the degree.
• Two years of experience in the financial services industry.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate loan data entry and maintain documentation in origination systems.
• Order and review third-party due diligence items such as appraisals, title, tax, and environmental reports.
• Verify documentation to protect bank security and ensure compliance with standards.
• Prepare settlement statements, payoff details, wire information, and pre-close reviews.
• Coordinate closings with attorneys, title companies, borrowers, and lenders.
• Book transactions to core systems and process funding, disbursements, and fees.
• Maintain audit-ready loan files and processing logs, escalate issues as needed.
• Serve as primary contact for stakeholders and respond to inquiries.

Education
