Job summary

CCFBank is seeking a detail-oriented Commercial Loan Processor to support the documentation, closing, funding, and servicing of commercial loans. This role acts as a key partner to lenders, credit staff, borrowers, attorneys, and title companies to ensure transactions are processed accurately and in compliance.

Responsibilities include data entry, coordinating third-party diligence, preparing settlement statements, and ensuring timely closings.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of experience in the financial services industry.
• Associate’s degree or two years of directly related experience may be considered in lieu of the degree.
• Experience working in loan processing and documentation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Input and maintain loan data in loan origination and documentation systems.
• Order and review third-party due diligence items (appraisals, title, UCCs, environmental reports).
• Prepare and review settlement statements, payoff info, and pre-close items.
• Coordinate closings with attorneys, title companies, and borrowers and book transactions.
• Support servicing-related documentation and post-closing actions.
