Liberty Mutual Fire Insurance Co. is seeking a Commercial Insurance Claims Representative in a hybrid environment that combines in-person collaboration with remote work for focused tasks.

You will review, process, and settle simple to moderate commercial claims within your authority, while benefiting from company-paid education and training. The role requires 1–2 years of claims experience, strong customer service and technology skills, and the ability to navigate multiple systems.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years of claims handling experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and technology skills.
• Able to navigate multiple systems; strong organizational and communication skills.
• License may be required in multiple states by state law.

Responsabilidades

• Investigates claims using internal and external resources, speaking with insured or involved parties.
• Interacts directly with insureds, claimants, agents and internal customers.
• Determines policy coverage from investigation data and policy terms; notifies on coverage issues.
• Establishes claim reserve requirements and adjusts during processing.
• Determines and negotiates settlement amounts within authority; writes simple to moderately complex damage estimates.
• Takes statements as needed; coordinates with Field Appraisal, Subrogation, SIU as appropriate.
• Maintains accurate claim files and documentation throughout the life cycle.
