Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsabilidades

• Review and process simple/straightforward commercial claims within authority.
• Interact with insured, claimants, agents, and internal customers.
• Determine policy coverage through investigation data and policy terms.
• Establish claim reserve requirements and adjust as needed.
• Determine and negotiate settlement amounts within authority.
• Write simple to moderately complex property or auto damage estimates.
• Take statements and coordinate with Field Appraisal, SIU, Subrogation as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate claim files and documentation throughout the life cycle.
• Alert leadership to potential fraud or subrogation risks.
