• Reviews and processes commercial claims within authority limits.
• Extensive direct interaction with insured, claimants, agents and internal customers.
• Determines policy coverage through investigation data and policy terms.
• Establishes claim reserve requirements and makes adjustments as needed.
• Determines and negotiates settlement amount for damages within authority.
• Writes simple to moderately complex property damage estimates.
• Maintains accurate claim files and diaries throughout the life cycle.
